Terms of Use
The rules for using this website and for booking plumbing work by phone with Covington 24/7 Plumbing.
Agreeing to these terms
These terms govern your use of this website and the plumbing services arranged through Covington 24/7 Plumbing, 33 E 7th St, Covington, KY 41011. By using the site or calling our line, you agree to them. They were last updated on October 13, 2026.
Please read them together with the privacy policy. If you disagree with anything here, do not use the site or call the line.
What this website is
This site describes plumbing services and gives general guidance. It is not a substitute for a plumber looking at your property, and the articles cannot account for every house. Pipe age, materials and local conditions change what is safe or wise.
Nothing here creates a contract. A service agreement exists only when a plumber has seen the problem, given you a price and you have agreed to the work.
Emergencies and your own safety
If you smell gas, leave the building and call your gas utility or 911 before you call a plumber. If someone is hurt, if water is near live electrical equipment or if there is a fire, call 911 first.
Phone instructions such as closing a main valve are general safety steps. You use them at your own judgment and risk, so stop if anything looks unsafe.
Services, prices and scheduling
Services are carried out by licensed plumbers. Kentucky regulates plumbing through the Division of Plumbing, and you may verify a license at dhbc.ky.gov/plb. Work that needs a permit or inspection is subject to the state plumbing code and the rules of the inspector, and permit rules vary by job.
You are given a clear price before work starts, and the price applies to the scope described. If the plumber finds a different problem once pipes are opened up, the price is discussed again before extra work begins. We do not promise a specific arrival time. Same-day appointments are offered when available.
Responsibilities of property owners and tenants
You confirm that you own the property or are allowed to order work on it. Tenants should tell the owner or property manager about plumbing problems, as the lease may control who pays and who may approve repairs.
You agree to provide safe access to the work area, to point out shutoff valves and known hazards, and to keep children and pets away from the work.
Limits on what we are responsible for
Plumbing failures and the damage they cause can happen even when work is done properly. To the fullest extent the law permits, Covington 24/7 Plumbing is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost income, spoiled belongings or damage that was already underway before work began.
Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under Kentucky law that cannot legally be waived. Insurance coverage depends on your policy, so ask your insurer about water damage claims.
