Privacy Policy
What happens to the details you give when you call Covington 24/7 Plumbing, and what this website does and does not collect.
Who this policy covers
Covington 24/7 Plumbing operates from 33 E 7th St, Covington, KY 41011, and takes service requests by telephone only. This policy explains what information is handled when you call, visit this website or have work done at your property. It was last updated on October 13, 2026.
By calling the number on this site or using the pages here, you accept the practices described below. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or call.
Information we handle
When you call, the dispatcher may ask for your name, call-back number, the address of the property, a description of the problem and whether you own or rent. The plumber may ask for details about the building, such as the location of shutoff valves. We keep this information to arrange and carry out your service.
Calls to our line may be recorded for quality and training purposes. A recording can include anything said during the call, including your voice, number and address.
This website has no accounts, no sign-up pages and no way to type in personal details. Like most sites, it may receive routine technical data, such as browser type and pages viewed, through its hosting provider.
How the information is used
Information from calls is used to dispatch a plumber, diagnose the problem, give you a price, complete the job and keep records of the work. Recordings may be reviewed to check how calls were handled and to train staff.
We may also use call details to follow up about a visit that just took place, and to answer questions about work done at your property. We do not use call details to build profiles of individual visitors.
Sharing information
Information is shared only as needed to do the work. That can include the plumber who visits you, the dispatch and telephone providers that carry the call, and the people who maintain this website. A permit or inspection may require the property address to be shared with the Kentucky Division of Plumbing or a local inspector.
We may also disclose information when the law requires it, such as in response to a valid legal request, or to protect safety in an emergency.
Keeping information safe and how long it is kept
Reasonable steps are taken to protect call records and job details from loss, misuse and unauthorized access. No system is perfectly secure, so please do not share more than the plumber needs, such as card numbers, over a recorded line unless you are paying for a job.
Records are kept for as long as they are needed to do the work, answer questions about it and meet legal and tax duties. After that they are deleted or anonymized.
Your choices
You can decline to give some details, though the dispatcher may then be unable to schedule a visit. You can ask what is on file about you, ask for a correction or ask for a record to be deleted where the law allows. To do so, call the number on this site and tell the dispatcher what you need.
If you are under 18, please have a parent or property owner call for you.
Links and changes
This site links to outside resources, such as the Kentucky Division of Plumbing and Sanitation District No. 1. Those sites have their own policies, and this one does not cover them. Check them before you share anything there.
This policy may change. The date at the top shows when it was last updated, and using the site after a change means you accept the new version. See the terms of use for the other rules that apply, or the contact page for how to reach us.
